Once we received your order, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be filled. For shipping times, please observe the following:
Shipping Information
We ship within Canada and US through Canada Post. The rate varies by weight and location, however we charge between $8.50-10.50 per order.
Please note that if the shipping address and billing address are different, the rate will be based on the shipping address, not the billing address.
When placing an order at totaltenga.com, please ensure that all your shipping information is accurate. If you provide the wrong information and your shipment is Returned To Sender, we will contact you to confirm your shipping information, and will charge an additional $8.50-10.50 fee to re-ship the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX via PayPal.

All prices are shown in CAD$ dollars.
Information on Taxes
Taxes at source will be automatically added to your order's total and indicated separately for your information. Residents in Quebec are subject to 5% GST and 7.5% PST for any purchases made. All other provinces and territories are subject to either 5% GST where applicable.
Any import duties or taxes will be the purchaser's responsibility.
Regarding Back Orders
If an item ordered is out of stock in our warehouse, we will contact you via e-mail, and offer you the following opitons:
- we can offer suggestions for a substitution (ie. a different colour/flavour/type of the item you've ordered, or a similar item).
- we can backorder the item and have it shipped as soon as it arrived.
- we can remove the item from your order, refund the cost and ship the rest of your order.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to being shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to a 15% restocking charge, plus any applicable shipping costs incurred.
Return Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, and for the safety of our customers, all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, credit, or cash back.
